It’s a worldwide thing! In Mai 2012 Cookie The Herbalist released „Someday“, the first single from his upcomig new album „Stand Tall“. And now the second swipe follows and also this one is a bomb. The probably most active Swiss Reggae artist joined forces with one of the greatest Reggae superstars ever, and the result of it is the song „Rescue We“ which will conquer the dancehalls all over the world. To make the thing even a bit more exclusive, we are not going to release the tune as a simple download, not even as a CD single… No, this song will be available exclusively on a limited 7inch vinyl (and later on the album of course). Original we say!

With „Rescue We“ we present you a tune which holds a very big pontential due to the sharp and uplifting lyrics of both artists, and which shows Sizzla lyrics like we didn’t hear long time. Also the B side of the vynil has a big tune to offer. With „Bad Company“ Cookie sends a warning and a kind of fatherly advice to all the too easily impressionable and influenceable youths out there. The renowned german producer Junior Blender contributed the modern dancehall riddims for both songs. This is the Reggae we love and celebrate! At the same time this is also our second action to really make sure nobody misses the release of the „Stand Tall“ album!

With the song „Rescue We“ and Sizzla as guest singer, Cookie doesn’t only fulfill one of his childhood dreams, he also shows that his sound doesn’t have borders and doesn’t have to hide from nothing and nobody.

Cookie wants to carry his music out from little Switzerland to the big wide world. He doesn’t only have the right links, he also owns the required talent and the right and fitting ideas for it! The album „STAND TALL“ will be released worldwide on September 29, 2012.
